MUNICH - On the occasion of the delegation trip of Australian business and government representatives to Germany, a Bavarian-Australian round table discussion was held yesterday at the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs. The Australian-Bavarian Hydrogen Round Table followed by networking focused on exploring opportunities for bilateral hydrogen cooperation, in particular the import of hydrogen from Australia to Bavaria and the supply of technology, products and know-how from Bavaria to Australia.

VIENNA - More than 100 participants from Austria and Bavaria accepted the invitation to the " Bavarian-Austrian Hydrogen Forum", which took place on April 20 in Vienna on the initiative of the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy. Hydrogen Center Bavaria (H2.B) joins Hydrogen Europe

NUREMBERG / BRUSSELS: The Hydrogen Center Bavaria (H2.B) joined the Hydrogen Europe association on January 1, 2023, where it represents Bavarian interests as an “EU Region”. With currently more than 400 members, including over 25 EU regions and more than 30 national associations, the European association represents the interests of the hydrogen industry and its stakeholders and promotes hydrogen as a pathfinder for an emission-free society. Members cover the entire value chain of the European hydrogen and fuel cell ecosystem. Hydrogen Europe’s goal is to advance global carbon neutrality by accelerating the European hydrogen industry.

“Bavarian-Norwegian Hydrogen Forum” in Munich on January 24 and 25

MUNICH / AUGSBURG: A 22-member Norwegian delegation from politics and industry traveled to Bavaria on January 24 and 25 to engage in exchange with key hydrogen stakeholders from Bavaria. During the hydrogen delegation trip, political round tables, B2B networking between Norwegian and Bavarian companies, company visits and a Bavarian evening for bilateral exchange and networking took place. Participants of the political round table included Bavaria's Minister of Economic Affairs and Energy Hubert Aiwanger and Melanie Huml, Minister for Europe and International Relations. State Secretary Amund Vik (Ministry of Petroleum and Energy) attended from the Norwegian side. The dialogue between the nearly 50 representatives from politics and industry focused on current obstacles to the ramp-up of the hydrogen economy in Europe as well as starting points for cooperation between Norway and Bavaria.
