On February 18, 2021, the Hydrogen Center Bavaria (H2.B) in cooperation with the German-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce invites to a bilateral workshop on hydrogen from 10 am to 12 pm. The event will serve as a networking opportunity between Norwegian and Bavarian hydrogen stakeholders.

In order to be climate neutral by 2050, Europe must transform its energy system. Hydrogen is considered to be of great importance in this context.

National and international hydrogen strategies, roadmaps and funding programs have taken important steps towards an international climate-neutral economy and society. Now it is not only time to discuss the numerous political and economic initiatives – but, more importantly, to implement them. In doing so, the hydrogen economy must be conceived internationally – new partnerships in the field of energy trade must be established.

The joint event of the German-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce and the Hydrogen Center Bavaria (H2.B) is intended to contribute to the networking of Norwegian and Bavarian companies and research institutions and thus to create a basis for international hydrogen projects. German and Norwegian participants will have the opportunity to present their institution (company, research institution) or a hydrogen project via speed pitches in order to establish new contacts and to form cooperations.

Optionally, there will be small rounds of questions at the end of a pitch – depending on time feasibility. Using the contact information (email oder phone number) in the presentations, you are welcome to ask your questions directly and personally to the speaker after the event. We will make all presentations available after the event. Anyone can participate in the pitching as an observer, regardless of whether he/she is presenting.
